PRESENTATION
Lead Extrusions s.r.l. is a company working in the cold lead extrusion sector mainly in the ballistic, in the professional fishing, in the galvanic, in the building and in the mechanical industries fields where lead details are required.
Our plants are able to produce extrusions in soft lead or alloys with tin, antimony and others. High capacity production enables us to supply even big orders in a short time.
With the experience gained in the extrusion field, we are able to produce a wide range of solid and hollow extrusions with all the standard profiles or made on customer's demand.  Thanks to the special configuration of our plant and of our extrusion dies, we are able to co-extrude a wide range of wire products such as electrical cables and optic fibres and also metal bars coated with lead.
The packaging of the material can be, on customer's demand, in rolls or reels of various dimensions, according to whether they are to be handed manually or with mechanical means. For ballistic products the packaging is in boxes or in bags of 500/1000 pcs this depends on the caliber.
Lead Extrusions production policy foresees only the use of certified material and not recovered material deriving from demolition without a suitable treatment that can eliminate any undesired metals that could compromise the mechanical features of the finished part making it either too fragile or too ductile
All the dies and die casher for extrusion and pressing are planned entirely in the company Lead Extrusions and are realized using CAD-CAM techniques providing a very high precision of the pieces.
All our bullets are available in two configurations with coppering at 30 or 120 microm in order to satisfy the necessities of the shooters hard to please and on demand we can also furnish superficial personalized treatment as gilding, silvering, brassing and so on.
