Lead Extrusions products are prepared exclusively using cycles of cold forming.
In fact the cold forming in more stages:
· · allows a better cohesion of the material and a correct distribution of the fibers metal, guaranteeing a greater toughness and homogeneity of the nucleus in alloy lead, in comparison to the traditional systems of preparation for amalgamation, where occlusions of extraneous materials or beads of air and withdrawals of the material in cooling phase can take place.
· It guarantees the respect of the environment eliminating every type of polluting issue in the atmosphere and in the water
Lead Extrusions exclusively produces articles for ballistics with total galvanic covering that preserves the operator, and who is near him, from the direct contact with the lead. This range of products foresees the covering of the nucleuses with two thicknesses:
· 30 micron for a product of the same price of a bullet in lead but that avoids the direct contact with the lead, smoke and barrel lead covering.
· 120 micron for a product of higher quality able to bear greater loading as those of the armour-plated bullets.
